Rather than inundate you with another email, this is a friendly reminder that it is okay to be respectfully and constructively critical of your peers' projects. If that person hasn't finished the project, it will help them deliver the best artifact possible. I have heard from a few people who genuinely want constructive feedback on their projects before they complete it.
Please also be mindful of projects that haven't received feedback and try to offer it to those people.
